Paramedics arrived on the scene to find chaos and carnage. Paramedics found that a truck and a light motor vehicle had collided head on before the truck overturned. Paramedics from EMS and ALS Paramedics assessed the scene and found two occupants in the light motor vehicle a Male and a Female had sustained major injuries and unfortunately there was nothing Paramedics could do for them and they were declared deceased on the scene. The truck driver sustained no injuries.
Traffic was severely affected in the area.
At this stage the events leading up to the crash is unknown however SAPS were in attendance and will be investigating further…
