Gauteng: At 05H14 Sunday Morning, Netcare 911 responded to a collision on the N1 North bound near Olifantsfontein in Noordwyk, Midrand.
Reports indicate that the driver of a passenger van lost control, resulting in multiple occupants being ejected in the subsequent roll-over.
Medics assessed the scene and found that three people, two adults and an adult female who showed no signs of life and were sadly declared deceased on the scene.
Six other patients had sustained moderate to serious injuries.
All the Patients were treated on scene and once stabilised were transported by various ambulance services to local hospitals.
Details leading up to the incident will be investigated by the relevant authorities who were on scene.
