Fourteen people have sustained various injuries after two taxis collided at the corner of Ordinance Road and Soldiers Way in Durban CBD on Tuesday evening.
Rescue Care responded to the collision around 6 pm to find total chaos. Two taxis had collided in a T Bone format in the junction. More ambulances were dispatched to assist with the multiple patients on the scene. Once all the injured had been stabilized they were transported to various Durban Hospitals for the further care that they required.
At this stage, the events leading up to the collision is unknown however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.
