Emergency services responded to a horrific head-on crash on the R33 Greytown to Msinga, just before Ngome.
The head-on collision involved a Polo and Toyota Quantum. The Quantum ignited and was encased in fire.
12 Passengers were able to escape and 4 burnt beyond recognition
Umvoti Fire department is still on the scene, busy with extrication.
Other authorities are also on the scene.
