Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the M25 near Kwa Mashu north of Durban.
Reports from the scene indicate that a mini-bus taxi and a light motor vehicle were involved in a collision.
Four people sustained injuries in the collision and were treated on scene by an Advanced life support paramedic.
Once stabilized all the patients were transported to hospital for further assessment.
All necessary authorities were on scene.
