At 11H04 Monday morning Netcare 911 responded to reports of a collision on the N1 approximately 20km north of Polokwane.
Reports from the scene indicate that the driver of a light motor vehicle with four other occupants lost control resulting in the vehicle rolling.
Five patients sustained minor injuries and were transported by ambulance to hospital for further treatment.
All necessary authorities were on scene to investigate.
