Earlier this evening, IPSS Medical Rescue was called to the scene of a shooting in the Hambanathi area of Tongaat.
On the arrival of paramedics, a male was found to have sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was unfortunately declared deceased on scene.
SAPS are on scene and will investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
