Netcare 911 responded to a shooting on Spencer Road in Clare Estate Durban.
Reports indicate that an adult male had sustained four gunshot wounds while sitting in his car outside the business premises.
The patient was treated on the scene by emergency care practitioners.
Due to the serious nature of the patient’s condition, a Netcare 911 helicopter ambulance was activated to airlift the man to the hospital.
Circumstances leading up to the shooting will be investigated by the relevant authorities.
