Just after 3:30pm on Friday Afternoon ALS Paramedics responded to a serious Bike Crash on the N3 Durban Bound near BP Oasis near Cato Ridge.
Paramedics arrived on the scene to find carnage as they found that a bike and truck had collided on the National Highway obstructing the middle lane. Paramedics found the biker a male in his forties with major injuries. He was assessed on the scene however he had sustained fatal injuries and unfortunately there was nothing Paramedics could do for him and he was declared deceased on scene.
At this stage the events leading up to the crash is unknown however SAPS and RTI were in attendance and will be investigating further….
