Approximately 22 injured after taxi rolls on Nelson Mandela Boulevard in Cape Town

Approximately 22 people sustained minor to serious injuries after it is believed that a taxi rolled on Nelson Mandela boulevard in Cape Town this morning.

ER24 paramedics were called to the scene at 11h30.

ER24 treated and transported three patients to nearby hospitals for further medical care.

Nineteen patients were transported to hospitals in the area by other emergency services on scene.

The exact circumstances surrounding the incident were not yet known to our paramedics but police were on the scene for further investigations.
