Earlier this morning, just before 8 am, Mi7 Emergency Medical Services was dispatched to the Cool Air area in KwaZulu-Natal after reports of a Motor Vehicle Accident. Medics found that a minibus taxi carrying school pupils had overturned, leaving 13 people injured, most of them children aged between seven and ten years old.
Paramedics from various service providers quickly worked to triage and stabilise all patients before they were taken to hospital for further care.
Police are investigating the cause of the crash. We wish all those injured a successful recovery.
