Twelve people have sustained various injuries after a Taxi crash on the M1 near Marianhill SAPS just after 6am this morning.
Rescue Care Paramedics arrived on the scene to find multiple people injured. Immediately more ambulances and Advanced Life Support Paramedics were dispatched to assist. The injured had sustained minor to moderate injuries. Once all of the injured had been stabilised on the scene they were transported to various Durban Hospitals for the further care that they required.
At this stage the events leading up to the crash are unknown however SAPS were on the scene and will be investigating further.
