Four people lost their lives in a head-on collision involving a bakkie and an Avanza on the R346 road just outside Qonce towards Stutterheim on Monday afternoon.
The deceased (2 adult males and 2 children) were on the Avanza.
Earlier in the day, 7 had died in another head-on collision between Seymour and Fort Beaufort.
