There is an accident causing heavy traffic delays on the N12 direction south, just before the Atlas Road off-ramp.
Four (4) lanes are currently affected and traffic is being diverted onto the road shoulder. Three (3) vehicles were involved in the collision, with two (2) people who sustained serious injuries.
The Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Equestrian Unit Officers and Medical Emergency Services are on scene managing the incident.
Motorists are urged to approach the area with caution, expect delays or consider alternative routes where possible.
