Taking place at the Kings Park Athletics Track on Sunday, 16 July 2017, the Totalsports Women’s Race will be the source of much excitement in Durban with a fast, flat route spurring runners on to achieve personal best finishing times.
“We’re excited to welcome the Kings Park Athletics Track as the new venue of the Totalsports Women’s Race in 2017,” says Michael Meyer, Managing Director of Stillwater Sports. “The route is fast and flat. Although similar to the 2016 route, this year runners will be guided in the opposite direction. We expect to see many runners beating their personal best 10km finishing times on the day.”
“We also have good news for runners that like to savour the moment,” continues Meyer. “Although fast and flat, the route is also scenic and will feature a number of Durban’s iconic landmarks including the Moses Mabhida Stadium, Umgeni Estuary and the Durban Promenade. We look forward to welcoming all entrants, elite and social, to the start line in Durban where they will ‘Run For Life’ in support of PinkDrive.”
