Juba — The mainstream Sudan Liberation Movement under the leadership of Abdelwahid Mohamed Nur (SLM-AW) and the Sudan Liberation Forces (SLF) alliance led by El Tahir Hajar yesterday agreed on the formation of a neutral military alliance to protect civilians in Darfur.
