Uganda to Hold Talks With South Sudan Rebels

Kampala Uganda – South Sudan rebel representatives are set to hold talks with Uganda’s President Yoweri Museveni in the latest efforts to resolve the seven-month conflict that is ravaging the world’s youngest nation, officials said on Monday.

A delegation led by South Sudan deputy rebel chief Gen. Alfred Ladu Gore is expected to hold crunch talks with Mr. Museveni on Tuesday about the conflict, according to rebel representatives and Uganda’s foreign ministry.
