South Sudan contests ranking as world’s most failed state

South Sudan has expressed doubts over the political impartiality of international ranking institutions following the country’s inclusion on a list of failed states published on 24 June.

“Sometimes our people begin to wonder and question the credibility and the impartiality of these ranking institutions.
