Angola: Government Guarantees Funding for Roads Improvement in Benguela

Benguela — Manuel Nunes Júnior, the governor of Benguela, has guaranteed that funding has been secured through the Public Investment Program (PIP) for the successful rehabilitation of peri-urban roads in the municipality of Benguela.

Júnior made these remarks at the launch of the project to rehabilitate 5.13 kilometers of access roads in the Graça, Calomburaco, and Setenta neighborhoods. The project is being carried out by the contractor CCJ and has a budget of more than 940 million kwanzas.
