MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The Spanish Socialist Workers’ Party (PSOE), headed by acting Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez, has submitted a law on amnesty for supporters of Catalonia’s independence to the Congress of Deputies, the lower house of the Spanish parliament, Spanish broadcaster RTVE reported on Monday.
