YEREVAN (Sputnik) – Armenia has negotiated the basic principles of a future peace agreement with Azerbaijan, but Baku has not yet confirmed its commitment to the three principles proposed by Yerevan, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said on Saturday.
