MOSCOW (Sputnik) – Tehran will use its $6 billion in oil revenues, which were unfrozen by Washington as part of a prisoner exchange deal, according to Iran’s needs and priorities, the Iranian Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday, adding that Qatar and Oman played an important role in transferring the assets to Iran.
