TBILISI (Sputnik) – The Georgian leadership positively assessed the statement by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov that Moscow was ready to help Tbilisi in the process of normalizing relations with Abkhazia and South Ossetia, Tbilisi Mayor Kakha Kaladze, who is also the secretary general of the ruling Georgian Dream party, said on Sunday.
