Protests Continue in Paris Against 'Global Security' Bill Approved by French National Assembly

Sputnik comes live from Esplanade des Droits de l’Homme (Human Rights Square) at Trocadero in Paris, where protests against the so-called global security Bill continue on 21 November.

On Friday, the French National Assembly approved the Bill that imposes a ban on distributing images in which police officers or gendarmes can be personally identified. Now the Bill has to be approved by the Senate.

Protesters insist that this law undermines the principles of a free press.
