VLADIVOSTOK, Russia (Sputnik) – The issue of organizing a performance of ballet dancers from Russia’s Primorsky Territory in North Korea is under discussion, Governor Oleg Kozhemyako said on Saturday, adding that it is important to examine suitable conditions for the performance.
