MOSCOW, September (Sputnik) – The first high-level dialogue between Australia and China in more than three years will take place on September 7 in Beijing and will be aimed at stabilizing the bilateral relations and boosting the two countries’ engagement, Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong said on Saturday.
