The Great Wall<\/a> is among the most impressive feats of mankind. It stretched almost 5,500 miles throughout all of China and was built around 200 B.C.<\/p>\n

There are no fees to visit the wall, and it can be accessed from many popular spots throughout the country. There’s a very popular destination spot on the wall that’s only roughly 40 miles from Beijing, providing an easy access point for international travellers.<\/p>\n

There are plenty of affordable accommodations and dining options near the wall as well.<\/p>\n

There are many travel hubs within a few hours’ drive of the Grand Canyon. Plus, there are accommodations and food options to meet just about any budget.<\/p>\n

Machu Picchu in Peru may offer the most affordable trip to one of the Seven Wonders of the World. High atop the mountains, this ancient Incan marvel is a sight not to be missed.<\/p>\n

What’s great about Machu Picchu<\/a> is it’s very budget-friendly. Airfare to the country is much more affordable than other exotic destinations in the world. Plus, you can often get a great exchange rate on Peruvian soles.<\/p>\n

Angkor Wat<\/strong><\/p>\n

Airfare is the most expensive part of this trip to Cambodia. Once you’re in the country, though, everything else will be extremely affordable.<\/p>\n
