The next two nights<\/em> will be at the beautiful Evergreen Manor & Spa, <\/strong>in the historical heart of Stellenbosch where an easy four-minute walk brings you to the centre of the town with many reputable restaurants, art galleries, museums and historical buildings. You can also take a guided bicycle tour of Stellenbosch and the Vineyards, a guided Vineyard hike, a Vine Hopper Hop On Hop Off wine tour and a Foodie walk through Stellenbosch. Then, only one night<\/em> at the 4-star Art Deco-<\/em>style Montagu Country Hotel, <\/strong>in the small town of Montagu – the \u2018heart\u2019 of Route 62.
