*DURBAN, June, 2019 \u2013 <\/strong>The Fairmont Zimbali Resort has opened its exciting new Beach Caf\u00e9 and Bar, a sophisticated but relaxed spot complete with an island style pool-side bar and lounge seating area\u00a0under white umbrellas, that provides diners with a glamourous setting and delectable menu in one of the most uniquely beautiful spots along the Northern KZN coast.<\/p>\n

Part of a recently completed renovation that is expected to put the Fairmont Zimbali Resort on the same leisure map as other five-star offerings, the refurbished Beach Caf\u00e9 and Bar replaces what was previously a Mexican restaurant. Now, the restaurant is setting the trend with its customized menu all made from the freshest, seasonal ingredients.<\/p>\n

The menu ranges from healthier light meals, starters, mains, bespoke pizzas and desserts. Some items featured on the menu include panko crumbled prawns, moreish salmon wraps, steak Prego rolls, grilled prawns, seared tuna, various baskets, seafood platters, shisa nyama platters, various burgers to a number of mouthwatering desserts.<\/p>\n

The Beach Caf\u00e9 and Bar also offers a stunning getaway to relax with friends as the sun sets over the Indian Ocean. \u00a0The bar menu includes a wide variety of beverages including wines, cocktails and of course, champagne.<\/p>\n

This elegant yet casual restaurant is open not only to those staying at the Fairmont Zimbali Resort or on the estate, but to all looking for an unforgettable dining experience. It is open from 11am \u2013 5pm on Sundays to Thursdays and 11am \u2013 9pm on Friday and Saturday.<\/p>\n
