{"id":5548,"date":"2019-04-12T08:49:43","date_gmt":"2019-04-12T06:49:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/southafricatoday.net\/travel\/?p=5548"},"modified":"2019-04-12T08:55:14","modified_gmt":"2019-04-12T06:55:14","slug":"south-africasanparks-takes-action-against-man-extracting-water-from-table-mountain-national-park","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/southafricatoday.net\/travel\/media-release\/south-africasanparks-takes-action-against-man-extracting-water-from-table-mountain-national-park\/","title":{"rendered":"South Africa: SANParks takes action against man extracting water from Table Mountain National Park"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"\">\n<p>South African National Parks (SANParks) today served the interdict application to be heard on the 29th April 2019 at the Western Cape High Court, against a man for allegedly trespassing on the National Parks and extracting water.<\/p>\n<p>This matter was brought to SANParks\u2019 attention recently by concerned citizens, who provided documentary evidence of the allegations. Following which SANParks followed due process as a custodian of Table Mountain National Park and conducted their own investigation in to the matter.
