To celebrate the World Tourism Day, Africa\u2019s leading online hotel booking company Jumia Travel, has announced the launch of its first holiday packages in Kenya and Nigeria<\/a>. The packages consist of hotel stays, meals, transport, spa services depending on the particular hotels and a dedicated travel guide where applicable.<\/p>\n

This initiative will focus on popular destinations such as Masai Mara, Naivasha, Tsavo and Amboseli in Kenya<\/a> plus other leisure and romantically oriented destinations. According to Paul Midy, Jumia Travel\u2019s CEO, \u201cthe move is part of the company\u2019s initiative to promote domestic tourism in these countries, as we approach the peak season\u201d. He added that \u201cthe packages will also go a long way in meeting this year\u2019s World Tourism Day Theme; by making travel in Africa both accessible and affordable\u201d.<\/p>\n

Last minute plans will also be well catered for due to the flexibility offered by the packages; for instance, by either directly calling Jumia Travel\u2019s Customer Service or by filling in a simple query form, the team will be able to organize for transport and\/or accommodation at the same time, easing the hassle of travel and most importantly giving customers a memorable vacation experience.<\/p>\n
