ZINZI, a celebrated culinary destination in Plettenberg Bay, is delighted to reveal its latest summer menu, a captivating journey that brings the rich tapestry of world flavours to diners’ plates.
The ZINZI chef team passionately researched the cuisine, stories and unique flavours of each dish on its new summer menu. Drawing inspiration from every continent, the global journey starts with the vivid culinary traditions of Peru and Cuba, travelling through China’s Szechuan province, with stopovers in Italy, Holland and France infusing European flair. The African journey travels via Morocco to Ghana, with a taste of Vietnam, Jamaica and the Greek Isles completing the gastronomic journey.
A standout feature of the summer menu are the small plates, perfect for interactive summer dining and sure to set the taste buds travelling! From Arancini to Tempura Prawns, Chinese Pork Dumplings, Jamaican Chicken, Honey-baked Camembert and Thai Green Mussels, to Cambodian Fishcakes, Duck Bitterballen, Patagonian Calamari and Greek Lamb Cutlets – there’s something on offer to suit every preference and palate.
The Cocktail menu also takes us on a journey- from Mexico with a classic Mojito, Aperol Spritz with a Zinzi twist, to Island hopping with a Pina Colada. The Sassi Lassi brings India to the party and Lavender Love brings a taste of French romance Zinzi style.
