Park Inn® by Radisson partners with five neighbouring wine farms
Cape Town, May 24 2021: Rediscover the Southern Suburbs with Park Inn® by Radisson’s series of winter warmer events. With lock down gravely impacting the travel and leisure industry, Park Inn® Newlands has joined forces with five prominent wine farms in its efforts to revive the sector by supporting local and inspiring Capetonians to enjoy new tastes and flavours.
Monthly, patrons will enjoy a three-course winter comfort Epicurean journey carefully curated by Executive Chef, Chevonne Morris, and paired with a local wine farm. Each hearty dish will be perfectly paired with complimenting taster glasses, additional glasses are available at R50 per glass. If you regard yourself a wine connoisseur and want to learn more, the winemaker will take you through key notes and answer any of your questions. Seated intimately with your partner or close friends – with strict Radisson Hotels Safety Protocol in place having been designed along with SGS to ensure your safety and peace of minds, with mask worn upon entry, regular sanitizing and considerable spacing among surrounding tables.
A process labelled ‘fusion of love’, Chef Chevonne has taken the time to experiment, exploring a myriad of flavour profiles that compliments the wines and sets the culinary scene for an enjoyable winter warmer evening. Patrons will indulge in three entirely different courses from spicy and sweet to an array of textures and tastes. A well-balanced menu that will differ with every event, patrons will have the pleasure of tasting a selection of signature wines from La Motte, Iona, Jordan, Warwick and Waterford Estates.
With exceptionally cold winters and very limited experiences to be enjoyed, make it a date and linger longer after dinner by adding a night accommodation coupled with breakfast for two!
