Enjoy the goodies at Mercato Centrale
Browse or stock up on some delectable Italian culinary treats at Mercato Centrale. Built in 1874, the market’s ground floor features a bunch of vendors selling vinegars, olive oil, fish, cheese, meats, fresh produce and other local goodies. Upstairs, you’ll discover a modern food hall with vendors selling everything from gelato to pizza. Here, visitors can take a seat and enjoy the food they’ve picked up at the market. In addition, the market is surrounded vendors selling souvenirs, clothing, leather, jewelry, pottery and artwork.
