Durban – <\/em><\/strong>Stillwater Sports, the organisers of the FNB Durban 10K CITYSURFRUN are excited to welcome the Reach For A Dream Foundation (RFAD) as an official charity of the inaugural event.<\/p>\n

\u201cRFAD believes in the power of dreams, encouraging children to use their dreams to fight life-threatening illnesses,\u201d says Michael Meyer, Managing Director of Stillwater Sports.\u00a0 \u201cWe are proud to support the selfless work of this inspirational foundation.\u00a0 Entrants can show their support by making a donation towards RFAD when entering the event online.\u00a0 We look forward to welcoming thousands of runners to the start line in October, ready to explore their city while showing their support.\u201d<\/p>\n

Established in 1988, RFAD looks to inspire hope and to help children to believe in the power of dreams.\u00a0 \u201cWe fulfil the dreams of children between the ages of 3 and 18 years who suffer with Life threatening illnesses,\u201d says Kerry Donkin, RFAD KZN Manager.\u00a0 \u201cWe are honoured to partner with such a wonderful event that encourages people of all ages and walks of life to get out and enjoy our beautiful city.\u00a0 RFAD deals with children who are running a very real race for life.\u00a0 These children inspire all who hear about their races.\u00a0 By being part of the FNB Durban 10K CITYSURFRUN we are able to tell the people of KZN that there are children who need their help to run their race and to make their dreams come true.\u201d\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n
