That\u2019s why shorter distances like the 5km are essential for any serious runner\u2019s program.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Having competed in the inaugural Boxer Super Run in 2023, Kavanagh is eager to once again face tough competition over the 5km distance.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI loved the energy and atmosphere at last year\u2019s event,\u201d she recalls. \u201cIt was such an enjoyable race, and I\u2019m really looking forward to this year\u2019s edition.
