The KZN South Coast continues to establish itself as a top MICE \u2013 meetings, incentives, conferences, and events \u2013 destination, with the announcement that the region is playing host to two new events. The first is the Khosathu House Jazz Club event taking place on Saturday, 23 September followed by one for the sports fans, The South Coast Cycle Tour on Sunday, 8 October.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWith our warm climate, fantastic venues, and natural talent, it\u2019s no surprise that the KZN South Coast is fast becoming an in-demand events hosting destination, and we\u2019re excited to welcome two new events to this year\u2019s calendar,\u201d said Phelisa Mangcu, CEO of South Coast Tourism & Investment Enterprise (SCTIE). \u201cThe first is a celebration of our rich cultural heritage and the amazing musical talent that is found here, with the second a chance to showcase the KZN South Coast\u2019s great biking routes for our outdoor sports enthusiasts.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Enjoy a day out being entertained by some of the region\u2019s best Jazz DJs and performing Jazz musicians as the Khosathu House Jazz Club puts on its tribute performance for legendary Bra Bona Nzimande. The programme lineup welcomes some top names, among them Bra Mack Ngcobo (the Legend), Bra Ken Mavundla, Bra Malusi, DJ Sgede, Method Sidande, Bra Madondo, Bra Msheddys, Banele Mpisane, and Bra Vusi Sifunda.<\/span><\/p>\n

Times: 6.30am for 90km and 7am for 45km<\/span><\/p>\n

Cost: R500 for 90km pre-entry, and R600 for 90km late entry; R350 for 45km pre-entry and R450 for 45km late entry.<\/span><\/p>\n

eBikes and mountain bikes are welcome on this epic road cycling race which will have full road closures for both race distances \u2013 90km eBike and mountain bike, and 45km eBike and mountain bike. This is a great opportunity to experience the beautiful KZN South Coast while taking on a fantastic cycling challenge.<\/span><\/p>\n
