Runners are generous by nature, and this is evident by the support that the event\u2019s charities have received in previous years. We are thankful to each and every entrant for contributing. Runners that would like to donate towards the event\u2019s five charities can do so when entering the <strong>Absa RUN YOUR CITY CAPE TOWN 10K <\/strong>online. The families of these children had no other means of paying for the necessary treatment.
