SA\u2019s largest Women\u2019s Day celebration, the Totalsports Women\u2019s Race, will take place across three cities (Cape Town, Johannesburg, and Durban) on National Women\u2019s Day (Tuesday 09 August 2022) and title sponsor Totalsports is excited to announce that each entrant will receive an official event t-shirt that was produced locally by TFG\u2019s Prestige Clothing.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Totalsports Women\u2019s Race is known for its striking pink event t-shirts and this year we are extremely proud of the fact that all the t-shirts were produced locally by TFG\u2019s Prestige Clothing,\u201d confirms Jonathan Stein, Totalsports Head of Business. \u201cFive Prestige Clothing Durban production lines, consisting of 95 employees, produced the 21\u00a0000 t-shirts that runners and walkers will wear across three cities on National Women\u2019s Day. It is especially fitting that 91 of the employees are female and that the race shirts were made by women<\/u>, for women<\/u>, in celebration of all women<\/u> in the country. We are excited to see thousands of women proudly wearing their pink event t-shirts on the event day in support of PinkDrive #LoveTheRun with the Totalsports Women\u2019s Race.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cIt gives us great pleasure as a local manufacturer to produce the t-shirts for a well-known and much-loved local event,\u201d says Graham Choice Head: TFG Design Centre, TFG Manufacturing and Prestige Clothing.\u00a0 \u201cIt gives our team a sense of pride to see the garments we produced, worn by so many amazing women on National Women\u2019s Day.
