Event Organisers, Stillwater Sports are excited to welcome The Kindness Collaboration Project as the official charity of the 6th<\/sup> annual Fedhealth MTB Challenge that will take place at the Blaauwklippen Wine Estate (Stellenbosch) on Saturday 11 and Sunday 12 September 2021.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are proud to welcome The Kindness Collaboration Project as the official charity of the 2021 Fedhealth MTB Challenge,\u201d says Michael Meyer, Managing Director of Stillwater Sports and Founder of the event.\u00a0 \u201cFounded by Fedhealth and Operation Healing Hands, The Kindness Collaboration Project offers its support to families that don\u2019t have access to or can\u2019t afford quality medical care.\u00a0 The Project is a wonderful initiative that raises funds to cover the cost of preventative and life-saving screenings and\/or surgeries.\u00a0 The mountain biking community can show their support by making a donation while entering online for the 2021 Fedhealth MTB Challenge.\u00a0 No donation is too small and entrants that donate R400 or more will receive a rider jersey compliments of Operation Healing Hands and Fedhealth.\u201d<\/p>\n

Says Jeremy Yatt, Fedhealth Principal Officer: \u201cAfter the extremely difficult 2020 experienced by us all, Fedhealth felt the need to put our name and backing behind a project that could achieve some good in 2021. So, we have partnered with Operation Healing Hands (OHH) to launch The Kindness Collaboration. This project will see us, working closely with OHH, our members and partners, raise the funds to change the lives of South Africans who cannot otherwise afford quality medical care.\u201d<\/p>\n

More about The Kindness Collaboration<\/u><\/em>:\u00a0 The <\/em>Kindness Collaboration is a joint initiative between Fedhealth and Operation Healing Hands (OHH).\u00a0 All medical professionals associated with OHH provide their time and skills for free; the funds raised will therefore go towards expenses such as consumables and random medical expenses.\u00a0 <\/em><\/p>\n

During 2021 The Kindness Collaboration will focus on <\/em>four initiatives (one per quarter):\u00a0 1. free\u00a0circumcision
\nclinic, 2. free\u00a0surgery\u00a0for qualifying patients, 3. free\u00a0pap smear and mammogram clinics and 4. free\u00a0eye care
