South African musician, Lloyd Cele will be part of the PUMA School of Speed #5<\/strong> celebrations at the Puk McArthur Stadium (Potchefstroom) on Wednesday, 13 March 2019.<\/p>\n

Launched in November 2016 by PUMA and Stillwater Sports, the 2019 PUMA School of Speed Season <\/strong>kicked off in Stellenbosch in January, headed to Roodepoort and KZN in February, before taking Pretoria by storm on Saturday, 02 March 2019.\u00a0 The series is committed to the development of athletics talent in South Africa by discovering the fastest young Speedsters.<\/p>\n

Lloyd Cele will celebrate a hat-trick PUMA School of Speed <\/strong>performance having entertained spectators and athletes at the PUMA School of Speed #2 (Roodepoort) and PUMA School of Speed #4 (Pretoria).<\/p>\n

\u201cThe PUMA School of Speed #4 in Pretoria was electric,\u201d says Cele.\u00a0 \u201cThe audience was really supportive of the athletes and added to the vibe during my performance.\u00a0 Performing at three out of the five Meets is a humbling experience.\u00a0 I am into sports and being healthy, so I love being involved in such a great initiative that brings schools together through sport.\u00a0\u00a0 I am looking forward to more records being broken.\u00a0 The Potchefstroom community can expect a fun-filled, sing along performance.\u00a0 Look forward to hearing familiar and popular songs.\u201d<\/p>\n

Headed by the World\u2019s Fastest Man Usain Bolt, the PUMA School of Speed Series was launched in 2016 with the goal of identifying exceptional young South African athletes who believe that their future is #ForeverFaster.\u00a0 Junior track & field stars between the ages of 14-19 can follow in the footsteps of Usain Bolt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

All entrants will stand a chance to be scouted and contracted to the PUMA Squad. The contract will be for the duration of one calendar year.<\/p>\n
