Stellenbosch will host the first IMPI Challenge of 2019, the IMPI Challenge #1 at Coetzenburg on Saturday, 06 April 2019.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are excited to kick off the 2019 IMPI Challenge Season in Stellenbosch,\u201d says Pieter du Plessis, IMPI Challenge Race Director.\u00a0 \u201cIMPI Warriors can look forward to spectacular trail running combined with adrenaline pumping obstacles that will require crawling, swinging, climbing, jumping \u2013 just about everything fun.\u00a0 As a venue, Coetzenburg tends to throw its own curveballs.\u00a0 It\u2019s not the IMPI Challenge if you\u2019re not challenged at some point.\u00a0 We invite all adventure seekers to step outside of their comfort zones and take on the IMPI Challenge #1.\u00a0 This event is perfect for families, friends and even corporates.\u201d<\/p>\n

IMPI Warrior, Armin Botha (Potchefstroom) made his IMPI Challenge debut at the IMPI Challenge #1 (Stellenbosch) in 2018.\u00a0 \u201cI knew that I\u2019d be going up against the top okes, and was just hoping to podium. The obstacles were hard especially the brick carry, while the scenery was beautiful.\u00a0 I was blessed with the win.\u201d<\/p>\n

The women\u2019s race was won by Dominique D’Oliveira (Bellville).\u00a0 \u201cThe route was tough.\u00a0 I took it in my stride.\u00a0 I was just grateful to finish, winning was a bonus.\u00a0 I really enjoyed the obstacles.\u201d<\/em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>IMPI Dash<\/strong>:\u00a0 5km with 11 obstacles (ages 10+, all adults welcome)<\/td>\nR300.00<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>IMPI Challenge<\/strong>:\u00a0 10km with 18 obstacles (age 18+ years)<\/td>\nR400.00<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
