Taking to the Sanlam Cape Mile like a fish to water, well-known South African radio personality, Jeremy Harris will line up for the 4th<\/sup> consecutive year when he takes on the 5th<\/sup> annual Sanlam Cape Mile brought to you by Sanlam Investments at the Eikenhof Dam on Sunday, 17 February 2019.<\/p>\n

\u201cSwimming is a full body, low impact exercise that keeps you fit, healthy and in good shape,\u201d says Harris.\u00a0 \u201cBeing an open water swim, the Sanlam Cape Mile allows you to break away from the norm and just enjoy nature and the outdoors.\u00a0 The event is well organized.\u00a0 With safety being of paramount importance, the Sanlam Cape Mile is a great family event.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI love the Eikenhof Dam,\u201d continues Harris.\u00a0 \u201cThe water is clean and the temperature is perfect making the mile swim easy to get through.\u00a0 My goal is to improve on my previous times.\u00a0 I\u2019m not very fast, but speed is important to me.\u00a0 I\u2019m looking forward to catching up with good friends and fellow competitors.\u00a0 There is a lot of chatter both in and out of the water.\u201d<\/p>\n
