Stellenbosch based personal trainer, running coach and formidable trail runner, Chantel Nienaber is keeping things interesting by adding the Origin Of Trails Trail Run to the training schedule of her client base.<\/p>\n
\u201cI love being out in nature,\u201d admits Nienaber.\u00a0 \u201cIt allows me to feel wild and free.\u00a0 The Origin Of Trails Trail Run will take place on the same trails that I run on every week with my running group, \u2018Ladies Running Wild\u2019.\u00a0 I can\u2019t think of a better way to start our year end party than to be running and\/or walking the Origin Of Trails Trail Run.\u00a0 Afterwards we\u2019ll have a pool party to celebrate another year of fitness and good health.\u00a0 I am happy to say that this time round I won\u2019t be racing, but will rather be enjoying the trails with likeminded people.\u201d<\/p>\n
Graeme Malcolm (Stellenbosch), Nick Spotswood (Stellenbosch) and Marisa Agnello (Cape Town) have eagerly accepted their coach\u2019s challenge.<\/p>\n
\u201cTrail running allows me to explore the beautiful mountains around Stellenbosch with family and friends, while at the same time getting fit,\u201d says Malcolm.\u00a0 \u201cI am looking forward to running the trails with my running group.
