Dominique D\u2019Oliveira will be the competitor to beat in the women\u2019s category of the Fedhealth IMPI Elite Race #4 at the picturesque Wiesenhof Wildlife Park (Stellenbosch) on Saturday, 17 November 2018.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s the people, the vibe and the beautiful scenery that attracts me to the Fedhealth IMPI Challenge,\u201d says D\u2019Oliveira.\u00a0 \u201cPersonally I prefer obstacle courses that require less running and feature tougher obstacles.\u00a0 I am, however, learning to embrace the challenge of a tough running route. It can only make me stronger.\u00a0 The Wiesenhof Wildlife Park is an absolutely stunning venue and I\u2019m looking forward to the views from the top.\u00a0 I love any obstacle that involves hanging and\/or swinging, challenging my grip strength.\u00a0 The IMPI Challenge\u2019s Lily Pads are pretty fun too.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI love the Rawson Wall,\u201d continues D\u2019Oliveira.\u00a0 \u201cIt\u2019s a signature IMPI Challenge obstacle that requires a balanced combination of strength and skill.\u00a0 In the Elite Race we need to overcome this obstacle without outside assistance, but if you\u2019re competing as part of a team, teamwork is the way to go.\u00a0 The obstacle that I struggle with the most is definitely the hills.\u00a0 My goal will be to have the maximum amount of fun, to glorify God, and to push myself as hard as my body will allow.\u201d<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>IMPI Corporate:<\/strong> the 10km Challenge distance with extra benefits (age 16+ years)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>IMPI Challenge<\/strong>:\u00a0 10 – 12km with 18 \u2013 20 obstacles (age 16+ years)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong>IMPI Dash<\/strong>:\u00a0 5km with 11 obstacles (ages 10+, all adults welcome)<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Charity Support<\/u><\/strong>:<\/strong>\u00a0 When entering online Fedhealth IMPI Challenge Warriors can choose to either support one or all five event charities:\u00a0 CANSA Active, Prochorus Community Development Centre, the Woodside Special Care Centre, Cape of Good Hope SPCA and\/or NSRI.<\/p>\n

Dress To Impress<\/u><\/strong>:\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong>A crowd-pleaser, the Fedhealth IMPI Challenge\u2019s \u2018Best Dressed\u2019 competition is the source of much excitement at every event.\u00a0 Entrants are encouraged to let their creativity reign.\u00a0 The best dressed individual and\/or team will take home exciting sponsor prizes.<\/p>\n

Exciting Face Painting by SPCA<\/u><\/strong>:\u00a0 For a mere R50 individuals, teams and corporates can support the SPCA by having their faces professionally painted on the day.\u00a0 To book your slot contact Tyron via awareness2@spca-ct.co.za<\/a><\/p>\n

Each finisher (individual and\/or team) will receive an official Fedhealth IMPI Challenge finisher photograph.<\/p>\n
