Taking place at the picturesque Wiesenhof Wildlife Park (Stellenbosch) on Saturday, 17 November 2018, the Fedhealth IMPI Elite Race #4 has piqued the interest of accomplished Muay Thai fighter, Kickboxer, stuntman and personal trainer, Ashley Robinson.<\/p>\n

\u201cI enjoy challenging myself.\u00a0 The Fedhealth IMPI Elite Race is another way to test my abilities as an athlete,\u201d confesses Robinson.\u00a0 \u201cCompeting against SA\u2019s top obstacle course racers is amazing.\u00a0 I really enjoy exchanging tips after the event.\u00a0 The Wiesenhof Wildlife Park is a spectacular venue.\u00a0 It\u2019s scenic, while the obstacles are challenging.\u00a0 You get to enjoy the fresh air while racing and facing tough obstacles.\u00a0 Due to my shoulder injury, I tend to struggle with the \u2018grip\u2019 obstacles the most.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe Fedhealth IMPI Elite Race #1 held earlier this year taught me to run more often and keep my endurance on a peak level,\u201d continues Robinson.\u00a0 \u201cSince then I\u2019ve added more hill training to my training schedule as well as more fight training.\u00a0 I\u2019ve also invited a few of my friends and clients to join in on the fun.\u00a0 I’ve programmed their training schedules with more movement training.\u00a0 My goal on the day will be to keep up with the fast runners.\u201d<\/p>\n

Robinson secured the second spot on the podium at the Fedhealth IMPI Elite Race #4 in 2017 behind Anele Bans.<\/p>\n

CHARITY SUPPORT<\/u><\/strong>:<\/strong>\u00a0 When entering online Fedhealth IMPI Challenge Warriors can choose to either support one or all five event charities:\u00a0 CANSA Active, Prochorus Community Development Centre, the Woodside Special Care Centre, Cape of Good Hope SPCA and\/or NSRI.<\/p>\n

Exciting Face Painting by SPCA<\/u><\/strong>:\u00a0 For a mere R50 individuals, teams and corporates can support the SPCA by having their faces professionally painted on the day.\u00a0 To book your slot contact Tyron via awareness2@spca-ct.co.za<\/a><\/p>\n

Best Dressed Competition<\/u><\/strong>:<\/strong>\u00a0 Entrants are encouraged to let creativity reign in the best dressed <\/strong>competition!\u00a0 Competition winners will take home awesome prizes compliments of event sponsors.<\/p>\n
