Adventure seekers, adrenaline junkies and outdoor enthusiasts eagerly toed the line at the picturesque<\/p>\n

Van Gaalens Kaasmakerij (North West Province) on Saturday, 06 October 2018 to partake in the action of the much anticipated Fedhealth IMPI Challenge #3.<\/p>\n

A trail run with a twist, the Fedhealth IMPI Challenge encouraged family involvement, healthy living and getting outdoors.\u00a0 Fitness levels were put to the test, fears were challenged, but most importantly accomplishments were celebrated.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe were overwhelmed by the support received at the Fedhealth IMPI Challenge #3,\u201d says Pieter du Plessis, Fedhealth IMPI Challenge Race Director.\u00a0 \u201cThe Van Gaalens Kaasmakerij is the perfect venue for the IMPI Challenge.\u00a0 The venue\u2019s natural beauty and existing trails are unsurpassed.\u00a0 Although some obstacles were more challenging than others, they were all the source of much excited.\u00a0 We are confident that fears were challenged and overcome today.\u00a0 We\u2019d like to thank each and every entry for their support.\u00a0 From here the Fedhealth IMPI Challenge moves to Stellenbosch (in November) where we will celebrate ten years of amazing obstacle course racing.\u201d<\/p>\n

Fedhealth Principal Officer, Jeremy Yatt, says: \u201cFedhealth supports physcial exercise as part of a healthy lifestyle, and as such, we really enjoy seeing our members and their families in action at events such as the Fedhealth IMPI Challenge. Thanks to everyone who took part at Van Gaalen Kaasmakerij this past weekend \u2013 we hope you had as much fun as we did!\u201d<\/p>\n

Obstacles to look out for at the Fedhealth IMPI Challenge #3 included the:\u00a0 Super Rent Little Hurdles, Porcupine Crawl, Mitchum Wall, Swamp, Snake Pits, Weir Crossing, Rope Climb, Under Armour\u2019s Wiggle Wiggle, Leap of Faith, Tyre Swing, Fedhealth Tower, Rawson Wall, Under Armour Wall, Pully Hoist, Mud Pits, Tyre Flip, Viktor se Gat, Varsity College\u2019s Monkey Madness, Tyre and the Fedhealth Lilly Pads.<\/p>\n

TEAM BUILDING MADE FUN<\/u><\/strong>:<\/strong>\u00a0 Although the Fedhealth IMPI Challenge can be entered individually or as part of a team, to ensure that the most fun is had on the day, teamwork is encouraged!\u00a0 The Fedhealth IMPI Challenge is the ideal team building exercise!<\/p>\n
