Durban will be a hub of excitement on Sunday, 14 October 2018 when thousands of runners toe the line ready to \u00a0#RunDurbanYourWay at the 2018 FNB Durban 10K CITYSURFRUN.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe FNB Durban 10K CITYSURFRUN is the last of three mass participation road running events that make up the FNB Run Your City Series,\u201d says Michael Meyer, Managing Director Stillwater Sports.\u00a0 \u201cThe series kicked off with the FNB Cape Town 12 ONERUN in May.\u00a0 The second event, the FNB Joburg 10K CITYRUN, will engulf the streets of Johannesburg on Monday, 24 September.\u00a0 Finally Durbanites will have their turn to experience the action on Sunday, 14 October.\u00a0 All three events highlight the essence of its host city and attract both local and international interest.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cThe FNB Durban 10K CITYSURFRUN boasts a special ambiance,\u201d continues Meyer.\u00a0 \u201cRunners can look forward to an action packed 10km journey that highlights important landmarks and features exciting live entertainment compliments of Durban\u2019s leading performing arts groups.\u00a0 The fresh sea air and magnificent ocean views definitely add to the experience.\u201d

\u201cI am excited that the 2018 FNB Durban 10K CITYSURFRUN will see a whole new route that will showcase a few landmarks the City has to offer \u2013 some of the new with some of the very old! And our finish again on the iconic beachfront will still allow families to linger along our \u2018Golden Mile\u2019.
