Fairmont High\u2019s Majorettes <\/strong>will be the source of much excitement on Sunday, 20 May 2018 when they entertain runners on route at the 4th<\/sup> annual FNB Cape Town 12 ONERUN.<\/p>\n

\u201cFairmont is one of the oldest Majorette teams in Cape Town having started forty-one years ago when the school first opened its doors,\u201d says Karen Donachie, Head Coach Fairmont High Majorettes.\u00a0 \u201cIt is an honour to be involved with this prestigious event.\u00a0 Last year the Drummies had fun, fun and more fun.\u00a0 They enjoyed the vibe and the interaction with the runners.\u00a0 A lot of selfies were taken.\u00a0 The FNB Cape Town 12 ONERUN allowed them to do what they love in a different environment to that of competing.\u00a0 The girls cannot wait to be part of the event again.\u00a0 Runners can look forward to a colourful performance.\u201d<\/p>\n

Other performing arts groups to look out for will include:\u00a0 AfroBeat, Field Band Foundations and the Amy Foundation.<\/p>\n
