Bloemfontein: Two men, who allegedly stabbed and killed a police constable, are expected to appear in the Botshabelo Magistrate’s Court. Sello Petlane, 32, and Earnest Kgate, 25, were arrested last month. They allegedly stabbed and killed Constable Johannes Putsoeli, 37, in Botshabelo, outside Bloemfontein in February.

Western Cape court news.

Cape Town: The Western Cape High Court is expected to deliver judgment in the case against Bongani Dlamini. He is accused of the kidnapping, rape and murder of five-year-old Anovoyo Ndamase on March 1 last year.

Cape Town: The trial against Adriaan Hendricks and Xavier Ryan is expected to start in the Western Cape High Court. The men are accused of murdering warrant officer Petrus Holz who was on his way to work in July last year when his vehicle hit debris on the N2 highway. He stopped his car and was then allegedly attacked and stabbed with a blunt object and personal items stolen.
